Airey Taylor Consulting
Forsyth Street O’Connor, Western Australia
Structural Repairs & Helifix Mortar Stitching

Kulin Group were selected to undertake repairs and reinstatement works to a warehouse building that had over time deteriorated to the point of potential collapse. As specified by Airey Taylor Consultants steelwork was fabricated to reinstate the structural integrity of the wall and supporting roof columns. In addition to the steelwork there was a requirement for Helifix stainless steel stitching bars to be epoxy bonded into the existing brickwork.
